
Egypt Acro Convention (EAC)
Egypt Acro Convention (EAC), the first of its kind in the country, returns for a new season in October 2023. The gathering features workshops, camping, and tours mainly focusing on acrobatics and acroyoga.
First-Ever EAC in the City
The EAC is a beautiful gathering of acrobats and travelers from all over the world, around the Mediterranean, Europe, and the Middle East. As an Acro Convention, the event will feature amazing teachers, multiple workshop rounds every day — three sessions in parallel, local food with vegetarian and vegan options, a great space to train, and fantastic areas to chill in and out. As a whole, it will welcome 32 nationalities and 90+ cosmopolitan participants.
Here’s a list of activities, facilities, and accommodations laid out by EAC:
- 4-6 hours of acro workshops every day, with 3-4 workshops in parallel each round
- Morning movement sessions and evening therapeutic workshops
- All disciplines, suitable to all levels, from beginner to advanced
- Accommodation in rooms or tents
- Full board: food and water included
- 400sqm puzzle mats to train + chill areas
- Sand dunes to wander and enjoy sunsets with a peek of the pyramids!
- Pool to chill and restore
Timing and Location
The EAC will take place at the Sakkara Country Club in Giza from October 22 to 28, 2023 making it a 7-day event. The venue features luxury accommodations. For EAC, it can offer flat lawn areas to allocate workshop spaces, an on-site restaurant, a swimming pool area, horse stables, and archeological locations.
