10K Fun Run

The streets of Nasr City are available for running in every place; that’s what the Madinet Nasr For Housing and Development (MNHD) and Cairo Runners believe. With that, the two will host the Madinet Nasr 10K Fun Run this September!

10K Fun Run in Nasr City

Nasr City is a place everyone in Egypt is familiar with— past and present, but also for the future. Many were born and raised in Nasr City. As such, Cairo Runners will pay tribute to its streets through a 10k Fun Run.

The event is the biggest run in Nasr City this 2022, and it’s free for everyone who can attend the event, regardless of age and fitness level. Cairo Runners encourages participants to have their family and friends come run with them.

Timing and Location

The 10K Fun Run in Nasr City is set for September 16, 2022. The run will start from Cairo International Stadium, the first building to be adopted in Nasr City, then Cairo Runners will take you with history in all the buildings and eras of Nasr City.

The gathering begins at 6:30 in the morning, heating at 6:45 in the morning. The race will start at 7:00 in the morning.

About the Organizer

Based in New Cairo, Cairo Runners is the first street-running sports community in Egypt. They provide mini-marathons and promote environmental sustainability in sports. Cairo Runners has been producing an average of 2,500 runners every week.
