Robinson Soma Bay, a holiday resort in the Red Sea, will host another Stretch Your Mind Week event this year for yogis and other fitness enthusiasts. The jam-packed mindfulness week is set for March.
Mindfulness Week in the Red Sea
Stretch Your Mind Week is an annual 7-day program hosted by Robinson Soma Bay. The program offers proven and successful course formats conducted in different locations and with combinations paired with motivating musical support. Here’s the complete list of activities:
- Cycling meets dancing
- Yoga combined with strength training
- Functional training across the facility
- Courses at sea
- Challenges on the beach
- Water activities
A group of fitness instructors and DJs will lead the mindfulness and fitness activities from day 1 to 7. Robinson Soma Bay’s WellFit Aktiv Team will partner with WellFit’s instructors, DJ Ronaldo, and DJ Carsten Plank for Stretch Your Mind Week.
Timing and Location
The Stretch Your Mind Week will run from March 12, starting at 6:00 AM, to March 20. Robinson Soma Bay will host the entire activities, so the main venue is in the 4-star hotel and its offered facilities. The resort’s area extends in a massive area between the desert and the Red Sea.
