Ride With Friends by New School Academy

New School Academy, a kitesurfing, skiing, and snowboarding school in Romania, will visit Egypt this May for a two-week long kitesurfing program. Called Ride With Friends, the program will grace the clear waters of Soma Bay to offer beginner and masterclass kitesurfing lessons with top instructors from Romania.

Kitesurfing From Romania to Soma Bay

New School Academy will serve as the host of the program and the travel partner of representatives attending from Egypt and various parts of Europe. They will handle the hotel and transfer reservation, medical requirements, and tourist assistance. For the actual programs, here are the inclusions:

Beginner kite course

• With International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) instructors
• Includes equipment and a 12-hour course

Masterclass

• With IKO instructors
• Progression hours with own equipment

Timing and Location

Ride With Friends will take place in Soma Bay from May 1 to May 15. The main location for kitesurfing lessons and other water activities is at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark. To cater to all beginner and advanced kitesurfers, Ride With Friends will have two parts—Session 1 from May 1 to 8 and Session 2 from May 8 to 15.

Registration Information

The registration, travel, and accommodation fee for Ride With Friends cost 800 EUR (15, 900 EGP), and it already includes constant supervision by two IKO-accredited kite instructors and daily Q&A on the boat with kite-themed instructors.
