The workouts are crafted to be inclusive, effective, and transformative.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • 4-Week Program: Experience consistent and structured training three times a week to build discipline and track progress.
  • Schedule: Sessions are held every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday at 11 AM—perfectly timed for a balanced weekly rhythm.

Timing and Location

The Ladies Program Volume 8 starts on May 11 at The Fitness Grind’s modern facility at the Trivium Business Complex, New Cairo. All sessions begin at 11 AM and take place every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday starting May 11, running for the full month.
