Indoor Cycling League

PowerRide Sports’ Indoor Cycling League will debut in April. Egypt’s first cycling league will open its doors at PowerRide’s main locations this Ramadan, offering indoor programs imitating outdoor races.

Cycling League During Ramadan

The Indoor Cycling League contains a series of indoor cycling races happening throughout April. These races will make use of the Stages Flight system, which uses power/weight ratio to simulate outdoor races.

To fully enjoy and participate in the program, PowerRide recommends that all participants join at least one class at PowerRide to get used to using stages bikes and the system. PowerRide will also weigh each participant before the beginning of each race to ensure safety and boost the effectiveness of the program.

Depending on performance, each participant will receive points at the end of each race and PowerRide will update the leaderboard. Participants with the highest overall points will win the league in the finale.

Timing and Location

The race begins in the first week of April, starting with The Sprint. All races will take place at PowerRide’s advanced facilities filled with modern cycling equipment in the heart of Maadi and in Swan Lake, Katameya.

Here’s the full schedule of the Indoor Cycling League:

• 7th of April: The Sprint
• 14th of April: The Climb
• 21st of April: Enduro
• 28th of April: All Out

The registration for the Indoor Cycling League is open online. Head to this link to register. The registration price for the entire league is LE 950, while the registration fee for a single race is LE 300.
