The CMAS Finswimming World Cup Golden Final (Pool and Open Water) 2021 takes place from November 3 to 8, inviting the best of the best swimmers who dominated the previous qualifiers.
Golden Finals For the Best Swimmers
The event is divided into different swimming race categories and distances. These are the following distances for the pool happening from Wednesday to Sunday:
- Surface Finswimming:50 m, 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m
- Apnea: 50 m
- Immersion: 100 m, 400 m
- Bi Fins: 50 m, 100 m, 200 m, 400 m
And the designated distance for the open water swim on Sunday:
- 6000 M individual
Timing and Location
The CMAS Finswimming World Cup Golden Final takes place in the city of Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt from November 3 to 8. The final venue has yet to be announced and determined by the organizers, but there are multiple hotels and resorts in the city that can cater and accommodate large competitions.
Registration Information
Attendee or spectator registration for the event is not yet open. The organizer also hasn’t released the ticket prices and breakdown of fees for the participants. In the previous finals, the average participation fee was 350 EUR. It is expected that the accommodation fee would also already be included in the overall participation fee this year.

The World Underwater Federation or Confédération Mondiale des Activités Subaquatiques (CMAS) is one of the largest international federations for underwater activities, sports, and sciences. The organization oversees international systems and training recognition for various underwater events.
