Egypt 2023 Elfit CrossFit Championship
Egypt Elfit CrossFit Championship, one of the biggest CrossFit festivals and competitions in the region, will return to Egypt in 2023–starting with the Online Qualifiers in July. The 2023 edition aims to promote health and wellness all while supporting athletes from all over the world who will come to compete and have fun!
A CrossFit Festival For All
ELFIT Crossfit Championship is back for its 11th season. It’s not only one of the biggest events in the sport worldwide, but also one of the oldest Fitness competitions that is still up and running since ELFIT started in February 2013.
The 11th edition will have various divisions and categories for Men and Women. All divisions must go through the online qualifiers to gain their spot and compete at the live event in November. The top athletes from the 2023 online qualifiers will be invited to compete at the 2023 finals in November at the New Capital Sports City:
- Men/Women Elite: 55 Men & 35 Women
- Men/Women Masters 35+: 18 Men & 10 Women
- Men/Women Masters 40+: 18 Men & 10 Women
- Men/Women Masters 45+: 18 Men & 10 Women
- Men Masters 50+: 8 Men
- Men Masters 55+: 8 Men
- Men/Women U21: 18 Men & 18 Women
- Men/Women U19: 18 Men & 18 Women
- Men/Women Scaled: 38 Men & 38 Women
- Men’s Team: 28 Teams
- Mixed Teams Scaled: 48 Teams
Timing and Location
The actual championship occurs between November 16 to 18 at the New Capital Sports City Complex. The venue is 45 kilometers away from Cairo International Airport, 58 kilometers from downtown Cairo, and 66 kilometers from the Pyramids of Giza. The Online Qualifiers, meanwhile, will run between July 19 and July 31, 2023.
Registration Information
Registration for the online qualifiers is open. Head to this link to register, read the terms and conditions, and finalize payment. The registration fee range from $20 to $40.
Spectators and other attendees can book a slot and purchase tickets for the event to watch competitions, play games, and participate in various health and fitness activities once the registration opens.
